ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The bidders must meet the following minimum qualifying criteria:-
- Bidders should be in business as civil works contractor in the same name and style for a minimum period of 5 years at the time of bid opening.
- Bidders annual financial turnover in the same name and style in each of the last three previous years ending 31st March, 2007 shall not be less than Rs.22.00 lakhs (minimum).
- Bidders must have successfully completed similar nature (industrial buildings) of works, at least one order in the same name and style, during the last five years, of value not less than Rs.30.00 lakhs (minimum).
In case the works are executed for a private company, the bidders, in support of their eligibility should submit a copy of the relevant TDS Certificate (Tax Deducted at Source) received from their clients for the work executed by them, which shall form basis for assessing the value of the completed work.
- The bidders shall furnish a certified copy of the Annual Report for the previous completed three years (audited balance sheet and profit & loss account) along with their PAN number, VAT/Sales Tax Registration number and Service Tax Registration number.
Solvency Certificate in the current financial year, for value not less than 20% of the estimated cost.
The bid document may be purchased, in person, by interested bidders on submission of a written application (in duplicate) and payment of non-refundable cost of bidding document i.e. (Rs.1,000/-) in Cash or in the form of Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank in favour of Raipur Sahakari Dugdh Utpadak Sangh Limited, payable at Raipur during office hours (11:00 to 16:00 hours) on all working days. If the document is desired through mail (Courier only), additional Rs.500/- should be sent by DD. RSDUS will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of bid document sent by mail/courier. The bids have to be submitted at Raipur Sahakari Dugdh Utpadak Sangh Limited ( RSDUS) B.M.Y., Charoda Dist. Durg (C.G.). Raipur Sahakari Dugdh Utpadak Sangh Limited does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid. RSDUS reserves the right to award the job either in part or full. RSDUS at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason thereof, also reserves the right to accept any/or reject any or all bids.
