The following officers of the National Dairy Development Board are hereby designated as Central Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority for the purpose of carrying out the duties and functions under the RTI Act, 2005 with effect from November 25, 2011.

Any citizen who desires to obtain information from the National Dairy Development Board may address his/her request to Central Public Information Officer, National Dairy Development Board, Post Box No.40, Anand-388001 and in terms of Rule 3 of Right to Information (Regulation of Fee & Cost ) Rules 2005, the request shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs.10/- by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque or Indian Postal Order payable to the “Accounts Officer, National Dairy Development Board”.
Further, any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified in the Act from the Central Public Information Officer of the National Dairy Development Board or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer, may within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to the Appellate Authority.
This is being issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
