In partial modification of Office Order ref:CHR:RTl-2006-1:18392 dated January 23, 2007, the following officers of the National Dairy Development Board are hereby designated as Central Public Information Officer, Central Assistant Public Information Officers and Appellate Authority for the purpose of carrying out the duties and functions under the RTI Act, 2005 with immediate effect.

Under sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Act, the Central Assistant Public Information Officers as listed in Sr. No. 2 to 4 shall receive the applications for information or appeals as envisaged therein, for forwarding the same forthwith to the Central Public Information Officer.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the said Act, any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified in the Act from the Central Public Information Officer of the National Dairy Development Board or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer, may within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to
