As per Section 8 (2) (e) of the NDDB Act, 1987,( Ref Annexure A) one of the Board of Directors, shall be an expert from outside the NDDB who shall be professionally qualified in one or more specialties, viz., dairying, animal husbandry, rural economics, rural development, business administration or banking.
