For discharging the functions of NDDB, the employees are governed inter-alia by the following:

• The NDDB Officers Appointment, Pay and Allowances Regulations, 1988
• The NDDB Officers Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1988
• The NDDB Workmen Appointment, Pay and Allowances Regulations, 1988
• The NDDB Workmen Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1988
