Instructions to Bidders

Prospective bidders  who wish to download the  Tender document, for the first time, has to register themselves  with NDDB   online by clicking “My Account” providing the necessary details.  Subsequently , for  future.  he/she has to use the same Username and Password to access Tender Documents. In case , bidders needs to  update  their  details (namely change in telephone nos, e-mail id , address etc)  , they  have to first  login and then update the necessary changes  in  “My Account” .

Prospective bidders are advised to download tender documents well in advance. It is the responsibility of the bidder  to check for corrigendum/s  if any, published subsequently on the web site against  each tender  and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Bidder shall download corrigendum (if any), print, sign and submit  it along  with the main tender document/ bids. Tender document not accompanied by Tender Document Fee  and published corrigendum/s if any  , is liable to be rejected summarily .  National Dairy Development Board will not be responsible for any delay in downloading of tender document from the internet
