2 Structural Consultants (Category A & B)
3 Architectural Cum Structural Consultants (Category A & B)
1. A set of prescribed application form can be downloaded from the NDDB Website: http://www.nddb.coop.
2. The Architects, Structural Consultants & Architectural Cum Structural Consultants will be empanelled in the respective category based on their eligibility, capability etc.
3. NDDB at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason thereof reserves the right to accept any / or reject any or all applications for empanelment.

| Instructions to Bidders |
1. Interested bidders may download the application form from this website free of cost between 5th July 2010 to 12th August 2010 and submit the same duly filled in along with all supporting documents on or before 17:00 Hours on 13th August 2010.
2. Bidders may please note that the bids will not be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives.
3. NDDB reserves the right to accept any / or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. |

Overiding Clause: |
|
In case of any discrepancy in NIT Text and Header/Other Information contained in the tender documents etc., NIT Text and other tender documents preserved in original at NDDB shall be taken as final and shall override the documents / details submitted by the bidders. In case, if it is detected, at any time, that any material alterations or changes or additions or deletions etc. have been made by the bidders while downloading the tender documents / details or subsequently , then notwithstanding the awarding of the contract to the bidders, it shall be lawful for NDDB to forthwith rescind the contract entered into by such fraud and misrepresentation, seek damages against such unscrupulous party, black list such party and or initiate such other actions as may be available to NDDB, in law or equity or in trade and usage.
